LLP – Limited Liability Partnership Act Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints 31-5-2009 as the date on which the provisions of sections 55 to 58, Second Schedule, Third Schedule and Fourth Schedule of the said Act shall come into force.

In pursuance of clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 1 of the Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009, made under section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints 31-5-2009 as the date on which rules 32 and 33 and rules 38 to 40 of Limited Liability Partnership Rules, 2009 shall come into force.
