<p>TallyBS is a software to prepare Financial Statements as per Schedule VI directly from Tally ODBC.</p>
<p><strong>How it works ?</strong></p>
<p>It is a simple two step process</p>
<p>1. Start Tally and open the company for which Schedule VI statements are to be generated<br />
2. Start TallyBS and Click Proceed</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Schedule VI Statements will automatically get generated in MS Excel format<br />

<li> The statements are 80% to 90% ready .  Remaining changes can be easily carried out in MS Excel Sheet and statements finalized.</li>
